This may or may not have been discussed before, but since I haven't been PEELing for very long, I don't know.  Perhaps some of the more learned PEELers can set me straight on this:

Fact: When Kif got pregnant, Amy was his smizmar and the one he truly loved.
Fact: Leela was the one who actually, albeit accidentally, got Kif pregnant.

What are Kif's tadpoles going to look like when they get older (before they become a
flying swarm of hook worms)? Will they look like Kif? Will they look like Kif and Amy? Or, will they look like Kif and Leela?  Any theories?

Well, a mixture.  Some of the tadpoles were clumsy as hell and there was one (possibly more) cyclops tadpole.  So there was some Amy DNA and Leela DNA involved with the children.

I don't think I ever realized the significance of the clumsy tadpoles.... their adult form is anybody's guess though.... it's not like we've seen the offspring of different species in the series before to have anything to go off of.

I have a lot of kittens. :)

Yea, I noticed that too Ralph; a mixture of DNA seems appropriate (I wonder if Zapp or Fry got in there too....)

I can only surmise that Kif's progeny will be green and squishy.

So the toilet seat is the uncle, or something?

It makes sense that there could be some from all of them (based on my limited knowledge of Amphibiosans) with Zoidberg exiting after Fry and Zapp, I'd assume that neither of them are involved... unless Zoidberg was too.

Sure hope Bender's RNA wasn't involved.

No, Zoidberg was just in the tester because he lives in there.

Kryten mentioned that Zoidberg wasn't on the bridge of the space canoe when it experienced explosive decompression.  Zapp, Leela, Fry and Amy were the only DNA carrying creatures in contact with Kif.

Bender's "Robo RNA" should have no effect on Kif's reproduction.

However, if  Bender gave a firstborn from Kif's batch of tadpoles to the Robot Devil, it would open up a lot of questions.

Yes, I know Zoidberg wasn't on the Nimbus. My meaning was that if there were genetics from the others, then presumably the Maternifuge was separating out those with the least material provided first. Thus if Zapp and Fry were part-parents it would imply Zoidberg was too (which would be about as sensical as Bender's involvement).

Perhaps I summarised that too much.

Yes, definitely too much.

Could it be possible that all the DNA from Fry, Zapp, Leela, and Amy can be the 'fathers' to all of Kiff's children?
