Ahem....

Fry proposes to Leela, but breaks the Professor's Time Button breaks and causes the entire universe to freeze, excluding than Fry and Leela and traps the two of them in a single moment of time, cut off from the flow of time in the rest of the universe. The two spend enternity decades together in the frozen universe eternal moment, enjoying every moment of their lives as they slowly age. Eventually, the Profesor finds them and offers to send them back to before the Universe froze button was invented, but the only catch is that they won't remember anything that they went through in the frozen universe eternal moment. They agree to go back, and the series ends.

I changed my synopsis to yours, because yours is more accurate. I was simply basing mine it on what I remembered of the episode, so it wasn't very spot-on.
