Fry used to get high a lot in his younger days before he got frozen.  I would say it's a tie between Fry and Hermes.

Whoa, whoah there KurtPikachu2001.  The show only stated once that Fry got high, and it's obvious that he regreted it and and refused to do it again (i.e. he lost all respect for his friend who did drugs later, and his line "Drugs are for Loosers, and hypnosis is for loosers with big bushy eyebrows."

Hermes is a regular with the dope.  Fry?  No way in hell.

In "Bendin' in the Wind," when Fry pulls the "device to speed or slow the passage of time" out from under the VW van seat, Hermes is the only one to react (as if he recognizes it); Leela and the Professor just gaze on without a change of expression, but Hermes is visibly taken aback (with arm movement, no less).

Here's another: Bender gets high off abusing electricity in Hell Is Other Robots, I know it isn't drugs but still he gets 'high' from it with all the dillusions of him swaying next to the dancing eel    lol

No need to get judgemental about it.  My friends are largely intelligent, and some of them have "done some drugs" (and they're all still intelligent, healthy and sane, yes).  I'm just not an adventurous sort, that's all.

Marijuana IS a drug...but so are tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar.  Whether or not mind-altering substances are legal or illegal has less to do with their safety and more to do with who produces them, and the subcultures that they become attached to.

I personally have such trouble with caffeine and sugar that I've avoided all other drugs because I spend enough money on Coke and sweets as it is...if I got fond of something more expensive, I'd go broke!
