Zapp, even though leaving Amy is tempting.
Also. Scruffy is cool and doesn't deserve to be left behind.

I'd leave Zapp sooner than Scruffy, because Scruffy at least wouldn't cause harm to others by his continued existence. He's not as amusing as Zapp, but he's funny enough every now and then, and I bet wave after wave of DOOP crewmen would sing your praises forever after.

I completely fail to understand how anyone could dislike Scruffy. Neither do I understand how you would sooner leave him behind rather than someone like Zapp who causes nowt but trouble wherever he goes.
Crackheads, the lot 'o ya. Minus perhaps Arkan and Shiny. And you Aristobulus. No crackhead could think up a name like that, let alone pronounce it.

Hey, stop bashin' crackheads. Umm, I mean....
In a just universe, Zapp would of course be "left behind", to quote a popular book. But Futurama doesn't assume a just universe. It posits a hilarious universe.
Now, Scruffy does have some pretty good jokes and gags, once in a while, I'll give him that. But he could be jettisoned while leaving the more-joke-providing Cap'n Zapp, and plenty more jokes would be saved.
So, though the question asked was whom I would leave behind (and honestly Zapp would be out of the airlock immediately if I had to live with him), in comic terms, we could do away with Scruffy more easily without endangering as many possible riotously funny potential main plots.

No, wait - liability has a point. What if Zoidberg lopped off Zapp's head and attached it to Scruffy's shoulders? Granted, Zapp has a fat head, but if everyone also left all their shoes & boots behind, I think that would be enough... And Zapp could just be a loudmouth growth on a janitor's shoulder for the rest of his life.

No, wait - Shiny has a point! Zapp is pretty damn fat. Just "loose" the flab and you should be away quite happily.
That is if you want to save him...

If I was living in their world, probably Zapp because he's an arrogant buffoon. But in terms of the show, I reckon Kif is the most dispensable... Scruffy is a far less major character, but Kif had lost something by the end, and I wouldn't be sad to see him go.

What? You'd jettison Kif, leaving his smizzmar Amy to raise their children alone? Oh, what a cold, dark heart your universe has.
Besides, the answer is obvious. Doy and smeesh! Bender can survive without oxygen or other life support systems. (See Love and Rockets.) Even if he had to eject and float through space (see Godfellas) he'd still survive.
Not that he'd go willingly, but hey, nine to one!
(Yeah, I initially voted to leave Zapp. Goodness, who wouldn't wish to? But logic -- as explained to me by Leela -- has convinced me that in real life, the robot is expendable. Also, the box said, "No!" )
