You're a noob, so I'll keep this as polite as I can.

1) Lose the 'tude. Now. As in immediately if not sooner.
2) Learn some manners.
3) Your choice whether to learn said manners the easy way, or... the other way.
4) Lurk more. Had you done so you might've learned two- or three-word-at-a-time threads like this are strongly frowned upon. It's a bandwidth thing.
5) Read the FAQ.
