Let's see...

"extremely tall with long arms" = Grotrian

"with 5 strong arms" = Armo

"with cannon in chest" = Thorias

"Arachneid" = Arachneon

"with radioactive eyes" = Layzar

I have to say Grotrian, mainly because I love the fact he's naedm after a brand of piano. Gotta love that Ken Keeler.  :D

I liked Armo!  He was cool!  The way the Professor kept saying "Atomic Superman" reminded me of that B-Movie with Bela Lugosi "Bride of the Monster".

For those who haven't seen that movie, he plays a mad scientist much like Farnsworth, who wants to create a race of atomic supermen!  I wonder if that's where the writers got the idea for this episode?

Grotrian. He reminds me of me. People are always asking me to reach things for them. It's not my fault that everyone else is short and stumpy.

I'm gonna go for Layzar (with radioactive eyes) because no-one else has said him and he makes me wonder: How the hell are radioactive eyes gonna help you in the game of basketball??

Well, how is being a spider useful in basketball?

Well, maybe not in basketball, but ,for the futurama episode, being blown up gave the trotters the ability to 'crack wise about earth's mommas'.

Arachneon could do pretty well in basketball. He could climb onto the backboard, and make basically everything a dunk. in fact, I think he does just that. Can't really remember.
