It's on a taxi for a split second then the taxi takes off. Its at the hip joint in loves labors lost in space is'nt it? I've also seen it in the intro

He can be seen VERY briefly in "When Aliens Attack". They pass his billboard while escaping from Monument Beach, but it goes by really fast.

Yet another time when he can be seen is on a taxi in Bendless love. Again, outside of the Hip Joint.
