we all love our fave Futurama character, but have you ever wonder that you some times you think they real or can't stop thinking about them 24/7?

I'm trying to think lees about Bender even though I still like him lots but it's not working for me.

Yay! I'm a starship Captain!  :)

That's true. I've seen him at work, it's an odd blend of movie quotes, video game quotes, Futurama quotes, and Simpsons quotes.
Seriously, most of my time, Futurama is shoved to the back of my brain by other junk.

I find I'm too taken up with my own crappy existence to worry too much about any fiction- movies, Futurama, Simpsons, JD Salinger, Dorothy Parker. . .I'd like to be able to escape into another world but lately I'm finding that more and more difficult.

I don't think about it usually, unless somebody says something that triggers a quote in my head. Then the voices... they won't stop...

Nah, as you can see, I post a lot in the off-topic forum. I love Futurama, but I'm not in love with Futurama.

I used to be obsessed with it, but the lack of new episodes has cured it.  Plus I stopped watching my tapes, which added to it.  I've been "clean" for about two weeks now.  I'll probably be a Futuramaholic when the season starts up again, though.  Right now I'm obsessed with other things.

I just had to respond to this thread.

I really love the main PE crew, Fry, Leela, Bender, Amy - They're just _great_.  I laugh every time.

And while I don't necessarly think about them _all_ the time, I can say this much, I sometimes peek in on them at work on my computer just to make sure their wacky adventures are going ok.

I really hope the next season carrys on the flame, and doesn't descent into stupidness.  I think the Futurama format has far more versitility than any other format, and I would love to see more for years to come.  And damn, lets get some more Amy in there, shes so cool.

I use at least 10 futurama quotes on a daily basis.
I even got a bonus in one of my grades because the teacher is also a Futurama fan!

I wish I was paid to think, then my hobby would be my work. Right now I just paid to carry out my boss' stupid decisions.  :(

But seriously I don't think we've gone too far. It's just a little healthy escapism.

When you wake up in a little room with soft walls and a very tight jacket, that's when you've gone too far.  :evillaugh:

To me it seems like Futurama doesn't exist anymore because I haven't watched it for so long.  I reckon I'll watch it tomorrow or so.
