i'm guessing this form of sustainance seems to be popular for the average 'Joe' diner denizen. the 'sloppy' part is pretty self explainatory.

BTW, isn't 'A cup of Joe' a slang for coffee too?

The only mad cows I've seen were in Far Side strips.

Alos I generally refrain from eating the brain and spinal cord of dead mammals in my hamburgers.

Has this thread gone a bit barmy?

Anyway, Amy said she'd HAD cow which means there must be cows somewhere. I say that when the cows died out they just cloned more, so technically they are extinct but you still get them.

Also, Orphanburger is the coolest name for a burger whoever said that. It would make a cool band name too.

Maybe cows went extinct within Amy's lifetime.  Or maybe the animals are all dead, but there's still beef lying around in freezers somewhere.

When we had the mad cow thing going on here in Britain, and they were burning great piles of cows on massive bofires, one of our government politicians asked if it was possible to turn them over when they were being incinerated as the cows looked really bad in the newspapers lying dead on their backs with their legs sticking up in the air! M-yep, it's true!
P.S. I don't eat beef

(Hi I'm new)

Incidentally, re: The whole cows being extinct thing. In the Poppler Episode you'll note that at the end they're eating Suckling Pig, Dolphin and Veal.

Veal of course being calf meat  :)

Na, actually the caravan consists of Batman, Brian Boitano, and the badguy from Tron. But nice guess though.
