My Three Suns Jacket

When Leela is warning Fry, her jacket is buttoned up, but after she picks up the corination oath book, her jacket is magically unbuttoned.

This seems kinda obvious, so it probably has been discussed, but since I couldn't find anything I decided to go ahead.

The writers originally intended for Leela to carry the book inside her jacket, but then realised the concept of Leela's snug jacket and a giant book was not physically coherent (man that sounded weird), so they changed it.

I agree, but then it would've required Amy to make a catty remark about Leela getting fat.
