 I know that Fry is probably his own grandfather but bare with me. I think that his grandmother was already pregnant when she slept with Fry.
 My reason for think this is that she seems to be worried about some undefined thing (other than Enis coming back as a zombie) when she got the phonecall at the Cafe so she was probably pregnant and was worried about having a illegitament child.
 No one else knew about this so after Fry slept with her people had to rely on the coinsedental evidense because she never told anyone about how she physically seduced Enis.

I don't think that she could have already been pregnant, because recall that Fry lacks the delta brain wave simply because he is his own grandfather.

You can't have two totally contradictory probables.

And your evidence is very, very weak.  "Because she seemed worried" is a poor argument for claiming that "Roswell that Ends Well" and "The Why of Fry" are both wrong.

Is it not possible that she was simply upset at Enis's death?
