No gratatude

In Leela's Homeworld the mutants treated Fry, Leela,and Bender so badly but they seem to have forgotten that Bender got rid of El Chupanibre, they should have taken that into account when they decided to kill them(even though Bender put waste products in the sewer).

And (Sterorotypical) France treats Americans badly even though we saved their asses twice within 30 years.  What's your point?

Bender seems to be pretty forgettable (See: Calculon), but that is probably because there are several hundred thousand bending units.  Shame they didn't make more of a point of this.

El Chupanibre was back in the sewers in "Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles" and "300 Big Boys", so Bender's actions was really for naught. Maybe the mutants thought Bender had double-crossed them.

Plus pouring highly aggressive and toxic acid down on them. That's not winning any friends.

zapp branigan also has trouble remembering fry and bender when they meet zapp talks to them as he has never met them before.

Zapp's a 25 star general, high above such plebs as Fry and Bender, he can't go around remembering names and faces of mr Nobody and Joe Sixpack.

Plus Zapp's stupid.
