I found something in I Second That Emotion today. Maybe others have seen it and posted it but anyway.....

In I Second That Emotion (duh), Leela's parents can be seen for the first time. When Dwane (the mutant with the big head) gathers everyone for the story of El Choop-a-nubre (sp?) in the top left corner of the screen you can see Leela's mother and father join the crowd.

Also, in Jurassic Bark, Nibbler can be seen in the trash can next to the desk that Fry sat at when he fell into the cryrogenic tube thinger-ma-bob.

Thank almighty Jah for the DVDs, because I otherwise wouldn't have noticed Leela's parents in "I Second That Emotion" either.

If you listen to the commentary for the episode, they "point" out the secret during that scene.
