Is it me, or is the alien language not being used as much as it once was?  Maybe I just blinked, but I haven't seen it in any of the recent episodes.

Of course, it could just be that now that I've cracked it, I'm not obessing about the jokes I'm missing anymore.

Its been cracked for a long while. There is virtually no AL2, and there might be the occational little AL1, but theres been nothing in the way of advancing the third language, which is a shame, since we will probably never have enough of it to crack it, if in fact the one example we have of Leela's wrist band turns out to be an actual language.

In the introduction there is a couple AL#1 ads, one of them yellow, which says "Tasty human burgers"  :), but there is another one, I can't read - a red or purple (I'm not sure what's the correct name for that color), with 2 words on it, first word has only two signs. I guess, one of them, like "V" turned over, means "2". But the second word includes some symbols I don't know. Did anyone read this one and can let me know, what does it say?

some episodes in series 1 and 2 had heaps of big alien language references and now in later seasons there arent as many.

hey screw u all i was doing was agreeing with the original message. your post had nothing to do with the topic or alien language so i think my post was better than yours.

it already is deciphered (unless you were planning on a challenge of deciphering an alien language  ;) ), you can find things for them at most Futurama sites, but I know CGEF has them...

Don't be a troll?  I'm a member of the apathy party, i believe that if somethings not necessary, don't do it.  Repeating the original message is not necessary.  Making fun of that person so is.
also, Pittzoid, i'm sure 75% of the msgs on this forum are in relation to other msgs, not all in relation to the exact original message.

I know a few - the first appearance of AL2 is in "A Bicyclops Built For Two," and it's the name of the chatroom behind Leela and Amy when they walk into the Filthy Chatroom.

It says 'CODEBREAKERS CHAT ROOM.'  ;)

All of you bow to the now defuct aliens unlimited!
BOW! www.geocities.com/aliens_unlimited

It's my old site which was all about language and FFM's. Check it out for anything prior to the newer seasons. Ha!

The opening theme by the way has 2 bits of AL1, TASTY HUMAN BURGERS and 3D RULES! The cab has an ad for Liquid Wisdom.

I thought it said 2D Rules, not 3D rules.

Good site, by the way.

Nope, 3D, we had the numbers screwed up for a long time.

I heard DXC say the third language was "computationally difficult". If they don't give many examples of it we're f**ked. I think they should probably just reveal it somewhere. By the way welcome Bendingunit5292 but you won't make any friend if you do pointless posts just to go up in the ranks.

You don't move up unless you make posts. More posts gives you a different rank. So some other thread that one of the PEEL lackeys will point out. *Claps hands* Helpers! Come here helpers!

The only given AL3 that we really know about is Leela's bracelet. We won't be cracking a code unless we get some stuff fast.

Reverend - if you mean the reference he makes in one of the commentaries (i think it's SP3K but don't quote me on it) he says "we may have to invent a third alien language which is computationally difficult to decode."  So far as I know (as Chump said) the only potential sighting so far is on Leela's bracelet, but thanks to FOX, the chances of ever decoding that one are slim.  We'll just have to see if it gets mentioned in the commentaries for 4ACV!

Was that AL2 at the top of the flying saucer's license plate in Spanish Fry, or do we have a fresh sighting of AL3?
My tape of SF isn't good enough for me to see it well enough.
Anybody get a goodlook?

It looks a helluva lot like AL2. I'll check my crappy VHS copy.

EDIT: On second thought, it looks like gibberish. Kinda similar to Leela's braclet.
