Fry's Grandfather

Am I mistaken in this?  I thought furing the Luck of the Fryish we found out that Fry's father was name Yancy and his father and his father.  So why in Roswell that ends Well, is his grandfather's name Enice?   At first, I thought it may be his mom's grandfather (due to the red hair).   But in reading threads here, everyone uses the term "Fry fathered his father".  Any explanations?

Fry's father said his name was Yancy, and his Grandfather was named Yancy, and so on.  He never directly said his father (Fry's grandfather) was named Yancy.  Watch the scene in luck of the fryish again.

Enos is how it's spelled (apparently) but the DVD Subtitles use Enus.

look, in the speech fry's father skipped over who fry's grandfather would be on his father's side of the family. that is all that this boils down to, it has been said before.

however, fry is his grandfather on his mother's side of the family, something alot of people here never seemed to grasp. you have two sets of grandparents, that is four people. one is fry and whoever he screwed in roswell that ends well, the other two are on his father's side who's names i do not know.

if you look at his mother's hair, it is the exact same as his, so aparently it is one of those cartoon genetics things where even hairstyles come down though the genes.

Except Fry yelled to Enos' crotch: "Don't worry, dad! Everything is going to be allright" Made it pretty clear Mildred is his paternal grandmother, making Fry his father's father.

Mildred also looks like Fry's father.  Also, Yancy loves military stuff.  I wonder if he grew up around a military base?  Orange hair only shows that Enos looks like Fry, showing relation -- much like the professor has orange hair like Fry, even though Fry's brother had a son with brown hair.
