I think it's just a waord they made up. The hidden joke is: in "Raging Bender" we all thought it was a silly word tagged on to make the ref's anouncement sound more futuristic, then 2 seasons later we discover it's actual meaning. Turns out a Smizmar is actually something equal to ladies and gentlemen.

Well, it actually has something to do with Futurama. This fellow (I guess, he addresses his girlfriend in this way, but I'm not sure), writes in one place there: Next, I am sitting on a bench next to my Smizmar (Google it, if you must). My Smizmar is smiling smarmily, I look on in terror. So, you see, if he refers to Google, it must be smizmar from Futurama, right?
