  40% Titanium  (a head in the polls)
+ 40% Dolomite  (jurassic bark)
+ 30% Iron      (30% iron chef)

  110% pure robot!

Also, in "Fry and the Slurm Factory," he mentions that he's '40 percent zinc'. So, it looks like he's 150 % robot goodness.

Well Bender is a robot, The Professor is too old, Hermes is married, Kif has Amy, Dwight and Cubert are too young, Fry is too dumb.

That 's the only explanation I can think of.

Maybe other men don't notice her because of the mutant eye.
When she gets plastic surgery (I forgot in which episode) it looks as if she has two eyes, and then she does attract a lot of men.

Hmm... I don't think bender is not a good calculator, because in ep.206 is able to calculate that the serial numbers from him and Flexo are representable by the sum of two cubes, and also all the robots in Futurama acts like computers, and are able to solve complicate equations. ^^

In the audio commentaries for "A Head In The Polls" David joke about this, how they're around 15% or something like that, in regard to Benders body (even mentioning the dolomite). So they know about it, but just don't care. In fact they think it's a good joke, and who disagree with that.

Perhaps Bender changes his body parts regularly, according to fashions. New Titanium rivets one week, sexy nickel arms the next, shiny aluminum ass, etc.

Or yeah, it's a joke by the writers. Not that THAT would make any sense.

OK, we all know the writers take great care in the continuity of the series, but let's dismiss their dissmissals of things just being a joke. The theory that Bender is constantly upgraded/has his parts changed helps a lot with consistency. The Proffeser upgrades him in either Bend Her or Obsoletely Fabulous (I forget which) right, so maybe he does it all the time, quickly explaining the massive changes in Bender all the time. "Farnsworth: That's my robot! I own him!"

I know Bender is a joke, but let's leave it at that. And never speak of it again.
