This week it's the Bird-bot of Ice-catraz.
It's one of the few occasions when Futurama uses 20th-century style guns (rather than ray-gun things), and they are sometimes cut from other series (like The Simpsons) and might be treated differently from the kind normally seen on Futurama. Maybe

I noticed one - "Hey, if rubbing frozen dirt into your crotch is wrong, I don't wanna be right".

I don't think there were any gun related cuts...  but I haven't seen that one uncut in ages.

Will there be any cuts in "The Cyber House Rules" - can anyone think of any material which C4 will cut out?

I hope not. They've been suprisingly lenient on the cutting this season. I remember in "My Three Suns," ther cut out "bimbo." But it's not so bad now.

They say 'crap' and 'crapper', but that shouldn't get cut.

This week it was The Cyber House Rules, which I haven't got on tape, and I missed it last night on C4. Anyone see anything?

Yes there have been some cuts on this episode.

First cut was when Roberto was waving his knife at Fry.

Worst cut of all is which they cut the whole sceen of Robert as Fry's roommate in the metal house so they skip all that to the scence where Fry thinks he s robot.

I don't know why they didn't cut this scene cos they cut the other scenes of Roberto with a knife.

They cut this scene too.

Right, they cut the bit where he practices his stabbing...

I think they cut it from
Roberto: 'What's the matter, you scared?'
Fry: 'N-n-n'(stuttered)
Roberto: 'Noticably? I'll say, now stand back, i gotta practice my stabbing'
[begins stabbing at Fry, Fry continually dodges]
Fry: 'No, please, help, stop it, please!'
Bender: 'Hey, keep it down in there, i'm tuning my banjo!'
[Hear banjo strings being plucked]
Roberto: 'Gees red, quit cowering, you call yourself a robot?'
[Begins stabbing]
Fry: 'I'm not a robot. I'm not a robot! Argh!!!'

[EDIT]I only noticed that one and the last one by Juli[/EDIT]
Roberto: 'To show them who's crazy, i'll execute some of you. How about you?'
[Cuts Professor's throat]
Prof: 'Ouch, that's going to bleed when my heart beats'

Really it's this.......

Fry:      Ah!
Roberto:  Hi, Red!
Fry:      Roberto! Wh-what are you doing here?
Roberto:  I got busted robbing that bank again.
Fry:      Why would you hold up the same bank twice?
Roberto:  Ah, that first time was just to case the joint and rob it a little.
          What's the matter, you scared?
Fry:      N-n-n...
Roberto:  Noticeably? I'll say. Now stand back, I got to practice my stabbing.

Starts stabbing randomly with a knife. Fry dodges in terror.

Fry:      No! Please! Help! Stop it! Please!

Bender:   [Knocks on the wall] Hey, keep it down in there! I'm tuning my
          banjo! [Starts playing it]
Roberto:  Geez, Red, quit cowering! You call yourself a robot? [Continues
          stabbing]
Fry:      I'm not a robot! I'm not a robot!

Roberto: You cut that scene?
C4 Censor: N-n-n...
Roberto: Noticeably? I'll say.

I saw that episode uncut recently, but it would still be obvious that something was missing if I hadn't... they just showed Roberto getting unloaded into Fry's cell, then cut to the next scene.

I didn't watch the C4 version, I've got the Sky One version on tape anyway. But those are some pretty bad cuts, and cutting out about a minute is rediculous! Roll on DVD's.

What I don't get is why Amazon Women had less cuts that Insane in the Mainframe. Weird C4 logic.

Hi everyone - the page is up now, with some other framegrabs too.
This was a pretty violent episode, wasn't it? I mean, I can't name any Futurama or Simpsons episode that has this kind of 'funny' knife violence. And violence on TV is more offensive/dangerous than sex on TV, I don't know why they're grouped together as 'both equally offensive'. (that might explain why Amazon Women had fewer cuts)
Anyway, it was 45 seconds that they cut, and Roberto didn't cut Professor's throat, he just poked it with the knife (unless Sky carefully edited it, which I'm sure they didn't).

^ C4 show something after the episode... a short filler clip or something. Anyway they cut the adverts down a great deal so the episode usually finishes around 6:53 to allow about 5 minutes for the following mini-program.

I forgot they cut that stabbing the prof bit out, and the roberto stabbing bit wasn't anything, I'm sure it was ok enough to be shown at 6:30 and it made that part make no sense, Roberto just came in and then the next minute, Fry thinks he's a robot.

That was a pretty good episode. I think I saw something strange just when Fry pulled something out from under the seat of the van. It jumped before I could see what it was. Clumsy etiting or clumsy viewing on my part?

Er, they didn't cut anything actually. They kept the bong in (it was only there for a second on Sky too) and a couple of words they would previously have censored like 'ass' and variations of 'crap/py'.
.  Just because they cut Insane in the Mainframe pretty heavily doesn't mean that Season 1/2 cutting logic is suddenly back, you know.
