Howdy, everyone.
I could have sworn that I once (long, long time ago) saw a scene in AwitM that showed the PE ship being loaded with the gold Bender did demand. Yet, I cannot find that scene anywhere among the deleted scenes (got the Bender's Head collection).
So I'd like to know: Is my memory playing tricks on me, or does said scene exist somewhere ?

Sounds like you're confusing it with the scene where his chest cavity is filled with gold bars at the end.

Nope, not that one, but your post made me remember what I was thinking of. Hooray! :)
I probably mixed it up with the Planet Express commercial in which Kug gave PE a parcel, waved the starting ship good bye, to jump to the side when it came crashing down (in "Future Stock", if I am not mistaken).
Misremembered that scene to be AWitM related.

So, thanks a lot for your post, it gave me the right idea :)

I don't recall "A Worm in the Manwich" having any deleted scenes.

Hmm, perhaps Beamer has come up with an idea for a new game here. Take the abbreviation of a known episode (the longer ones, not the one- or two-word titles), and invent an amusing alternate.

I hope it's not an Albino Humping Worm from "The Fresh Hated Spindle".  Eh, this game sucks.

Funny thing about the Bender had:
Once went to a store and saw they were selling a used DVD of "Beast with A Billion Backs". I decided to purchase it and watch it once again. But -unfortunately- only the box was in the shelves, with the DVD kept behind the counter. Or rather: With the DVD SUPPOSED to be kept behind the counter. It was lost for some reason, they could not find it, so...by the end of the day, I left empty handed.

At home, I decided to look for cheap "complete collection" boxes. By chance, I stumbled across an offer for the Bender head for 80 bucks (which seemed quite acceptable to me). So I bought that one, and watched most episodes. Afterwards, I decided I might as well draw some fanart about it.

Had said store had the BwaBB DVD available, I would probably never have drawn fanart, and Peel would have been deprived of the enourmous privilege of my revered presence (which is only surpassed by my good looks, and my LEGENDARY modesty :D )

* Inquisitor Hein admits that this might have been a tad OT, but he just felt the need to write stuff.
