Mobius Dick Error/Joke

After Amy harpoons the whale, we see all the PE crew slammed into a wall, one after the other. The first one to go is Bender... and then the last is also Bender.

I think it's a joke and not a mistake, but still qualifies as a weird scene.

I hate these kind of errors, because once you've seen them, you can't un-see them.

I'll have to check that out. Didn't something like that initially happen in the Farnsworth Parabox? All of them were jumping out of the Universe 1 Box and one of the doubles wasn't drawn so they had to add it in later, either Amy or Hermes. It was in the commentary, I'll have to watch it again.

I've seen this commented on before, I think on the Infosphere. I am not sure if it is supposed to be a joke. If it is, it's not very funny.

Eric Rogers claims it's intentional.

I feel like this episode could've been in the original run. A great plot, great jokes, and a great episode overall. Please rewatch this episode, because it saddens me to know that people are missing out on a great episode.

Actually, no. If futurefreak comes in here and locks the thread, then deletes everything after SGB's original statement saying that it was answered, that would be more than fair. On PEEL, we try to either let threads whose purpose has been resolved die, rather than forcing mods to lock 'em, but we're not above alerting them to pointlessness and jackassery where we see it. Stay on topic, or move to the test thread.

Do I need to make further amendments to the manual, or do people here at least have a couple of brain cells spare to rub together once in a while?
