What I found disturbing was that he was using a regular shower instead of abusing the Emergency Chemical Burn Shower. (An outtake on the DVD set--someone around here has it, too--shows the consequences of this abuse.)

Bender's had a shiny-metal-assortment of bodies and body repairs, so that could also account for shifts in the percentages.
