[...]the entire universe is running as a hologrammatic simulation extracted from Fry's memories, hence the numerous contemporary references. [...]
You'll see. This all makes perfect sense.
I was nodding my head until here, since Fry wouldn't have known about the Kardashians as they came to rise after he was frozen. A doi. Unless, of course, he was being chased by the Brainspawn, went back in time to the 21st Century, and became alien to hide from them... As I typed this, a commercial for Torchwood: Miracle Day came on the TV...

But the Kardashians are from an era almost identical to Fry's own, and his subconscious is wired up directly to the sum of the Brainspawn's knowledge. It would be just like Fry to say something that suddenly came into his head, without thought as to how he knew to say it.

Maybe all these 21st century references and technologies are part of a larger plot arc. In a future episode, we'll likely see Leela walking by herself through the PE ship, only for part of the bulkhead to slide away, a female Nibblonian with an eyepatch say "No, I think she's just dreaming," and then everything return the way it was. Then Bender, along with all the other robots, will start suffering mysterious CPU process threads, seemingly caused by a patch being installed onto a digital reality. As it'll turn out, the Brainspawn have managed to destroy reality in a battle subsequently erased from human memory, and the entire universe is running as a hologrammatic simulation extracted from Fry's memories, hence the numerous contemporary references. The robots are the only ones who realize this, however, hence the patch to try and distract them from their suspicions, and of course, the heavy Bender-centric nature of this season's episodes and the introduction of a "cloud" plane that only robots can enter. Leela, meanwhile, pregnant with Fry's child, the only one who can defeat the Brainspawn and restore the universe, has been kidnapped by the Nibblonians and kept physically safe, plugged into the same virtual simulation that everyone else is living in, but in order to keep psychological indications of her pregnancy from showing, they've had to mask her feelings for Fry so that she is not aware of how their relationship should be progressing.
You'll see. This all makes perfect sense.

In Law and Oracle Fry shoots right-handed at the Academy then left-handed in the later scenes.

No, I've just seen people who have said retarded things like that in the past, but have been serious. Also, a goof from Law and Oracle, when Fry is hit by the Hoverbus at the start, the Pizza is mangled and has come out of the box, but when he is at Applied Cryogenics, the pizza is in perfect condition. Another I just noticed again, URL's mouth lights up red when he speaks in the Pilot, when did it stop doing that and just light up white? Not really a goof, but yeah...

Possibly a goof, but he could have gone back for a new pizza also. To me it would have been funnier if he didn't care how the pizza was and planned to deliver it anyway. By the way, Danny, double posting is okay when it's a day apart. When you just edit it, people like me, who never visit the actual forum but only get a mail when someone posts were I follow, can't see it.

That's not a goof...in the first shot his arm is up, so the red shirt is just covering up the white shirt. It's just angles
If it's not a goof, then the white shirt has been pulled down. The red shirt clearly shows a great portion of his chest in frame one that it does not show in frame two.

Have to check this one again too but:
In the scene where Leela is trying to write her first story at the PE meeting table and the PE crew progressively enters with noisy silliness. Early on when the PE ship is behind Leela in the hangar the canopy is missing from the gun turret until the last cut when she decides to leave.

Well one good was that the can of Diet Slurm on the table changed to regular Slurm a shot later.

But that doesn't suddenly make it less disgusting, people would still hurl if they drank any kind of Slurm from a giant Worm's behind. You have got it all wrong...That was a parody of Kramer doing his spit take with 'Regis and Kathy Lee' while promoting his 'Coffee Table' Coffee Table Book. Enough Said

The Prof. revealed it to the ATF, who were then convinced by Fry that he was just a senile old man making up stories. So you're both half-right.
I'm not half right, I'm whole right! Maybe my use of the word rebuff was incorrect, or maybe that's not a word at all. I remember that scene fondly though You win again miscommunicato!
