Drugs guy appears twice

If you look at everybody in the crowd scene towards the end of into the wild green yonder, you'll notice the drugs guy twice, one at each end of the crowd.
Also, you can see a few decapodians who are supposed to be dead towards the middle.

And he also appears a third time in the top left.

He's a stock character is all. Unit 2013 appears twice.  Several others makes numerous appearances, only with different clothes.

oh, ok. So were they just filling in spaces then? because I noticed Fry, Leela and Bender's replacements in one place and another two of Leela's in the top left, one with different hair colour.

That's a nice mistake Drugs guy in two different places at one time (Edit three from what Svip said who I haven't found yet), who's actual real character's name is Crack Addict. But there's a difference between the two one's tanned on the left and the other one on the right is more pale. I'm Captain Stating The Obvious here.

Negative. Those are Embassy Decapodians, and were not involved in the Frenzy. Nor were they killed when the Mobile Oppression Palace exploded. They ran away.

Negative. Those are Embassy Decapodians, and were not involved in the Frenzy. Nor were they killed when the Mobile Oppression Palace exploded. They ran away.

Well it looks like they were involved, they look the mirror image of the one we seen run into the sea to spore/breed, and kill themselves doing so, but their eggs/kids and their DNA lives on from their death.

What type of idiot? (for there are many types) So aren't you a bit harsh towards me or MadFellow? Oh and I know full well of the Embassy Decapodians from episode "A Taste of Freedom". But I recall Edna (who is dead) was there somewhere in one of the shots of the audience, plus a few other dead characters.

Almost no one deserves to be treated harshly, and that goes for people who made small mistakes, or is stupid. And if (I'm wrong) and I fall under one of those categories I just named. Or is there another raisin for this?

I use my brain quite a bit thank you. As I said before (sorta) I think I saw Edna IN ONE OF THE SHOTS OF THE AUDIENCE.

You deserve to be treated harshly, and no, I will not go back-and-forth with my finger over the pause button. I'm quite confident that there are no dead people in the audience, thank you. Shut the hell up and accept that you're being an idiot. The Decapodians you see are NOT the ones that died in the frenzy. Futurama respects continuity just a little more than that. Not much, it has to be said, but more than that.

I'm not  coming back to this thread. I don't want to catch stupid.

Wow, dude.  Give the guy a break.  While I may be inclined to agree that Rush may not be the smartest dude in the bunch, he still seems well intended.  Hell, even takes your immensely unprovoked harsh outbursts quite nicely too.  Quite admirable if nothing else.

That being said, Rush.  There is no need to go forth and back with the pause button.  I have already linked you the entire scene in the second post in this thread.  That is all the information you could possible need.

Look in the first few rows (hell, look in the whole picture, but you will find nothing), there are four Decapodians.  Four.  No more, no less.  No where else in the picture are there more Decapodians.

They are (top to bottom, left to right): Ambassador Melvin's assistant, the rich Decapodian woman who also appears in the auction in "A Fishful of Dollars", Ambassador Melvin and Ambassador Melvin's secretary.

In short; Decapodians that live on Earth.  None of these made appearances in "Why Must I Be a Crustacean in Love?"  Now is that topic settled or what?

They often make reference to the "people hose" in the commentaries as a way to fill in seats. I'm assuming they put a fairly nondescript character in there just to fill space.

As I understand it, this scene was special because it wasn't just the 'people hose' that they would usually use to crowd up a scene, but rather each character had to be drawn individually for the small reactions they had to portray (different from the people hose, which shows almost no reaction as they are pretty much backdrops).  I am certain many of the same stock characters were seated twice or more to fill space, just coloured differently.

Accordingly, the production company (The Curiosity Company) was fined for this scene by Rough Draft Studios, because it required far more man hours than they usually would apply to such a film or scene indeed.
