Minor, yet (for me) interesting mistake!

In the episode "Anthology of interest I" after the What-IF machine showed what would happen if Leela was more impulsive, there is a little mistake involving..Yes Scruffy. His mustache  and cap color has been reversed(brown mustache, grey cap). What I'm curious over is how. I mean the only time he had those colors was in the first season for one scene. Its not like they are keeping his model with those colors?.  :S

I've noticed that too, but I've seen that phenomenon in other episodes as well, usually in establishing shots that feature Scruffy and the other characters. It seems almost consistent...

Probably a spec. mixup between the US and Korean studios. Something like "use color 315767" and "use color 315676" with 2 pencil crossed pencil lines pointing to the areas to be colored.

Didn't wanna start a new thread so here ya go:

Watching "My Three Suns" the other day and noticed that as the crew walks out to the platform after Fry finishes the inauguration speech, Bender is holding a martini glass.  Then it switches to a close-up and he says "Finally I can switch to hard liquor" (after the suns went down) and swaps his beer mug for the martini glass.

So there.

That is simple to explain; while animation is usually animated chronologically, they tend to animate an entire scene even if other shots are included.  So I assume they animated the switch to hard liquor first, then animated the entire sequence around it.  And forgot that Bender switches during this period.

Eh... it's all done in editing.
