leela with two eyes sightings

i was watching 'amazon women in the mood' again and i saw something.

when the amazon women are coming you see amy's water shaking and then you see leela looking into a puddle, well when the water shakes in that puddle, you see leela's image changing into leela with two eyes.

if anyone saw another scene of leela with two eyes (accept in 'the cyber house rules'), post it here.
