In the rooftop scene at the beginning before Farnsworth or Wernstrom say anything, you may notice Stephen Hawking's head on the way cool rocket towards the left of the screen in the background. Anyone think he was imprisoned for the same reason? Or did he just fly in?

I doubt that he was imprisoned because of the fact the Stephen Hawking didn't care about the anomoly.

Well if he wasn't imprisoned it means he flew in, which isn't impossible. I'd have to wonder what he was doing there, though.

It doesn't particularly look like Stephen Hawking's head to me although the rocket-powered jar looks the same (except that this one has a ball and chain).

You only every see hawkings rocket go up and down. Why can't it go side to side?
