A few things I noticed:

At the beginning Leela's hair is blowing one way and Fry's is blowing the other way.

Bender's eye on the tattoo is grey with the binary on in black, but when Fry is looking at it in the mirror it is on a flesh coloured background.

There are more, they've just completely slipped my mind now that I've gotten around to posting this.

Anyone see any more?

I was reading the script in the special features and there was apparently a joke where they talk about their dvd releases that were hidden camera footage or something. I guess it was cut from the final version. I think they overdid the comeback gags anyway.

The gag eventually got used in the preview comic (also on the DVD).

This thread should of been called Bender's Big Score Big Goofs, but now I'm, being picky. I did notice a goof about the trailer, however. On the 'Simpsons Movie' dvd in the UK, it says the DVD 'Bender's Big Score' is out now (this being December 07 at the time), it wasn't. Using the same american advert is false advertisement!

^The DVD came out in November and you saw the advert in December. December comes after November, meaning the DVD was already out. How is that false advertising? Time doesn't end at national borders.

Wait I know what he's talking about. On the Region 2 Simpson Movie DVDs which are the ones released in Europe it says that the Futurama movie is out. But its only out on DVD in region 1. Since the DVD was Region 2, they shouldn't have had an ad for a Region 1 DVD saying it was out. Confusing, I know.

When Lars unfreezes Bender to kill Nudar, his pupils are regular pixels. However, since this Bender still has the obedience virus, he should have red swirls instead.

So when we are in this allready, here´s one example of easy overlooking - Amy´s family (which isn´t even on the Earth) is never mentioned and Amy lives with the rest of PE stuff in their poor conditions. Mars as a whole is ignored when it comes to evacuation. Were they scammed as well?

Don't the Wongs own the entire Northern Hemisphere? Thus making it an unrealistic place to go, if half the planet is off limits. However, the crew going to stay with the Wongs would make more sense considering they stayed with them in WTBR.

They own the WESTERN hemisphere.

Anyway, if they did that, they would never encounter Robot Santa, and they would never win Earth back. Also, they probably weren't scammed, or else there probably would've been Death Stars orbiting Mars.

They never quite had a definite arm to put Lars's wrist computer on. Sometimes it was on the left, sometimes it was on the right (most notably during the alley scene it changes almost every shot). Sometimes it was on both!

He could swap arms periodically.

Maybe he has two?
Though why he would wear both at the same time...

Not sure if it is meant to be a joke or not, but I noticed that in the Al Gore hybrid taxi chase scene, Mr. Gore was first wearing the typical Presidential style dark blue suit with the name badge.  At the end of the scene (after Bender was thrown out of the cab and Mr. Gore commented on the price of gas for $100), Mr. Gore was dressed like a cabbie driver in dark brown jacket and trouser duds.  Probably it was a joke to connect Mr. Gore the 2000 election candidate with Mr. Gore the broke taxi driver in 2012, but it bothered me somehow.  I would have gotten it if he had been entirely in the taxi driver brown duds.

There are watches now that keep track of multiple time-zones. After a thousand years or progress, this task would be a "lead-pipe cinch" for a... um... wrist thingamajig.
So, two of them would seem unnesssary for tracking multiple interplanetary time-zones. Therefore, it would seem being a "time junkie" does not explain why Fry Lars wears two.

Perhaps Lars is a symmetry junkie?

Maybe he has sensitive skin that can stand to be covered tightly more than one day with out a rash starting (like mine). Or Lars, being who we know he really is, just doesn't pay much attention to that kind of stuff 'n junk.

In the wedding scene, as Leela's mother says "Our little girl is finally getting married." the camera pulls back to reveal a man in the back row (on the left). In what I assume is an animation glitch his eyes suddenly jump a few inches off his face.

If its Bender's eyes, haven't we seen eye-closing (or at least occulting) effects from him in the past? Should Fry just be a silhouette (when contrasted against the setting sun) in the second one or is it a real goof that I've missed?

Isn't Fry a just a floating (or should I say plummeting) upper body in the second one?

He appears to have no legs, anyway.

Hey I noticed something...

In The Cryonic Woman, Michelle says her boyfriend that she ran off with was named Charles.

In Bender's Big Score, his name is Constantine!

I never noticed that they were the same guy. (facepalm) I think she just said his name was Charles because she hated his real name. She isn't exactly the deepest person you know.

True, she's freaked out by re-assembling teacups.

But, she is normal in the sense she's freaked out by Zoidberg in a nanny outfit and sounding like a nanny. But, aren't we all a little freaked out by that?

Thanks for thinking so. Actually, the red stands out a bit, especially from the blue background. Also, I think it moves a tad, so it's even more noticeable when you're watching...

When Fry went back to the past, there was two of them.  One became Lars, and the question is, how did the other Fry get back to the year 3007?

Real Fry froze himself in the same tube he was already frozen in. When his earlier self woke on New Years Eve 2999, later real Fry reset the dial to 2007 and woke up in time for his wake.
