I don't think so... nobody would have even expected it. I mean, that would have been a bit out there for any one of the crew members to just bring that up at random - they wouldn't have really known about the time duplicate (or it got such a passing mention when Fry was telling his story to the group that it wouldn't really have stuck). Lars' mannerisms and physical properties had changed enough from regular Fry's that he only bears a bit of a resemblance - certainly not enough provocation for anyone at Planet Express to start mulling over the fact that it could be an alternate Fry.

Perhaps...though of course it would have made for a dull film if they'd have found him out right off the bat!

I think the car is Pontiac Firebird. By the way, don't you think why Futurama's creators are wicked on Firebird?

Maybe it's just me... but that car kind of looks like the car used in StrongBad emails.  You know, like in Dangeresque.  COOL CAR.
