Well, there was:
In the garbage bin and when blowing the chair over [Anthology of interest I & The why of fry]
You can see his shadow in SP3K [as everyone already knows. I apologise for my NoobNess]
I'm sure there are plenty more.

Actually I don't think he was in AOI1 which is why Fry wasn't frozen.
