Yet another goof!

In Love and Rocket, Fry apparently pretends to have a shower everyday, but in 30% Iron Chef, Fry is showering!

Maybe he showered because he was planning  to ask Leela out that night?

Like myself, Fry posesses a self-depreciating sense of humour at times. Although "every day" may not literally mean every day, but rather "most of the time".

You can normally tell if they're showering if they're singing or not, most people sing in the shower, that's how all those waterproof radios got sold, pity they don't work when they're sumbmerged though.

It's not really good but a bit better than before i guess. Maybe it's because he got more used to the holophoner after wrtiting a whol oprah. He was told he would need to practice loads which he must have done preforming. Also, at the end he had leela inspiring him

That was also home to one of the more funnier Zoidberg jokes as well.

Fry: I cant play anymore!
Zoid: Yes you can! The music was in you heart not your hands!
(Fry plays horribly)
Zoid: Your music's bad and you should feel bad!!

When, singing at bend-aid a microphone appears when the camera angle changes

they are sharing one mic...

Then there's two...

and it couldn't be just off camera because...

there is only 1 on stage

Aye, but get a load of this,

Someone probley done it already but in The Farnsworth Parabox The color of the hangar walls change back and forth before and after Leela goes through the box.

And also in The Tale of Two Santas, when the shrimpy Neptunians go to deliver the mail, the tops of their hats are chopped off. A short time later, while Santa is turning off the TV, their hats are fully intact. In later scenes the hats are cut again.

Thats rubbish talk just agree that he is right.

In Hell is other robots Bender gets a symbol welded on to his body. When he welds something on to the spaceship, the symbol disappears, but reappears in the next scene.

It won't be because if you look , his mic stand stretches past his chest and it's probably in the ground.

Actually the second microphone is invisible from certain angles.  In your second screen, that's one of the angles it's visible from and so you see it, where as with the others you don't see it.  It's a really neat technology that has multiple purposes.

I'm too lazy to search the entire thread/forum, and I don't really think it's a mistake, just something the writers/animators threw in for fun (it's technically an optical illusion), but in "A Head in the Polls", when the group visits all the political parties in their booths, the sign for the booth with the blazed-out-of-his-mind hippie says "Dudes for the legalation of of hemp". It says "of" twice. Also, legalation is not a word. But we all knew that, it's part of the joke, no?

Sorry if someone already said this here or somewhere else, I haven't looked.

The end of Time Keeps on Slippin' has been bugging me for a while now.  (Namely, why didn't Leela see the message when they flew out to the stars?)  Could not figure it out.

Good thing I did a search.  I never considered the "approaching from a different angle" aspect.

(Oh, and hi, everyone!)

Again, I don't know if this has been said before, and if it has, my bad.

In the Farnsworth Parabox, while Leela's guarding the box, she's reading a magazine that says "BigFoot Turns 80!" with a picture of BigFoot with a beard and cane. In Spanish Fry, the crew meets BigFoot face-to-face, and somehow he's lost his long beard and he doesn't use a cane.

As also said before, no one thought Bigfoot existed before Spanish Fry except Fry. The magazine was just a load of National Enquirer bull pies.

Knowing the kind of life forms supposedly around by the year 3000, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was simply eaten off by some flying parasites or something. As for a walking cane, being a roaming beast he could easily have lost it with very little difficulty

Bigfoot fokelore and/or research refers to a whole population of Bigfeet. The most common accepted habitat ranges from British Colombia in Canada down to Northern California and east at least to Oklahoma and Texas, others have been "seen" all the way to the East Coast, New York to Florida.

So the one in the tabloid is actually  probably just the one in New New York whose store advertises in the tabloid.

Some Egyptians think, perhaps.

just noticed this while I was watching The Series Has Landed.

In this frame, we see that the rover is stuck on a track.

but in this frame from just a couple of seconds earlier...

behold!  The track has vanished, exiled perhaps to another dimension!

He's alive for the same reason that Zoidberg is still alive; Harold Zoid never had children.  It's a bit harder to explain though how Zoidberg's (we assume) mother is still alive in that flashback from That's Lobstertainment.

Actually, that scene is from "A Taste of Freedom" and the woman lobster says, "Sure, you can be a comedian instead of a doctor -- if you want your parents to roll over in their graves!"

So it's not his mother, maybe an aunt.

I didn't catch that until the last time I saw it. I thought it was his Mom too until then. And I had to check CGEF's framegrabs to see which episode it was.

Sometimes sites like "The Neutral Planet" that have full scripts don't get all 100.00% the dialog right either. But it's better than no scripts.

I was just watching The Birdbot Of Icecatraz and I realised two 'goofs'

First is when Bender see's Leela after he is shot by her, the mode he is automatically informed to change to is 'human' but at that point during the series Bender still knows Leela as a cycolops...?

The second is that when Bender regains his human language he then shouts to the penguins in penguin language "That's puffin talk! Now follow me!" I thought he was in the human language setting how does he know penguin language again? Also you can't say he still has it in his memory as after he leads the attack on the poachers he says to them "Guys its me your lovable dictator" in English so if he would have still known penguin he would have used penguin language to stop them......?

Ah, seems that all computers, robots and aliens recognize her as a human. Remember the judge-puter in "Fear of Bot Planet" (still one of my favorites) IDs her as a human and that's in the 1st season. It's only Leela that thinks that she isn't.

Maybe languages stay loaded in order of most recent/frequent use.

Yeah, I guess that can be pardoned as even Leela herself thinking she's a cycolops calls herself a humanoid alien in said episode...   :hmpf:
