Lost scene in Hell is Other Robots

I remember this episode, there was a scene where Bender is walking around and there's neon signs going by him. 

Was this scene in Hell is Other Robots, or in some other episode?

I think the scene you're thinking of is in ep. 103: I, Roomate.

NoticeablyFAT is right. The signs read things such as "Bible Study Tonight" and "Free Water" They're not the exact ones, but close enough.
