I was watching the DVD the other day, with commentary, and someone said to check his apartment number with the ASCII chart. I cna't find it.

The Number is 00100100

ASCII is a computer code, where numbers, symbols, letters, etc. is linked with a decimal number between 0 and 127, which in turn is written as a 7-bit number.
