Bender's last name

What episode is it that they first say Bender's last name? I can't remember and it's bothering me to no end.

I don't know about first, but in Luck of the Fryrish:
Fry: "Hmm, some of the tunnels had metal bars ... So I need someone who is good at bending... Leela? How about you?"
Leela: "Sure, I'll do it."
Bender: "Like hell you will. Bending is my middle name."
Fry: "It is?"
Bender: "Yep. My full name is Bender Bending Rodriguez."

They also mentioned it in "The Cyber House Rules" when they named the orphanarium after him.

But I don't know which episode came first...
