I not sure if some has already mentioned this, but here it goes:
In the episode 'Where No Fan Has Gone Before' when Fry is talking to Leonard Nimoy (at the head museaum) you get to see the Beastie Boys in the back on the bottom shelf (the set of shelves in full detail, colour, etc..)
Its fairly difficult to spot them as Fry is in the way.
