I recently noticed that on my DVD ep of How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back i found that when I put the commentaries on the entire ep went out of sync: The best example is the song where Leela is hit in the eye with that cylinder, the sound comes just about half a second after shes hit? Is this just my DVD or a fault with anyone else?

No, quite a few people (including myself) have had this problem. Here's a thread already created for out-of-sync Futurama DVD commentaries.
