Could be done, but I hope not.  The subtital in this episode said bender was from the grand duchy of rabonia.  Isn't "grand duchy" a reference to the book "the mouse that roared"?

A grand duchy is a type of monarchy, with a grand duke as the ruler rather than a king. Luxembourg is a grand duchy.

They might as well have said the Kingdom of Robonia, grand duchy just sounds funnier and more obscure.

The country in the movie is duchy of Grand Fenwick.  It was a very funny movie.
