I just noticed that on the episode Mother's Day, theres a machine that makes greeting cards into "Orphanage AGrade Toilet Paper". Not orphanarium!   :p

Also! The beer brand that Fry delivers back in the 20th century is called LowBrau. Anybody else with sitings? Anyone?

Its a joke Tor. LowBrau = Low Brow. As in, losers drink that kind of beer.
But it still exists in the future, because when the crew is driving back to the office after the aliens began attacking monument beach, they passed a billboard advertising LowBrau

Continuing with stuff that cannot be discussed:
On the Halloween Episode 9 on the Simpsons, the opening credits said:
David "Watch Futurama" Cohen

Yet another tidbit:
On Anthology of Interest, after the first What If, the prfessor tells Leela to try, and she replies: "Maybe later, I wouldn't know what to ask it." She doesn't say axe, (and Bender says he wants to "axe it a question" earlier in the episode).

She made a mistake in pronunciation. Like most people who say "nucular" KNOW it's "nuclear".

But they have always been sticky about the axe vs. ask rule. It was even stated in Xmas Story.
(Capper, the way i read your post it seems like you are talking about Leela as a real person)

Like foilage is meant to mean foliage, you mean?

"I beat the samrt kids, I beat the smart kids.............I bent my wookie......."

Note that the simpsons qoute was not meant to mean that I beat you or anything, it was a Ralph quote, and therefore appropriate to every occasion.

Well, her voice is done bya real person. And Leela is a character that's supposed to be (more or less) human. Just because she's on tv doesn't mean she never goofs up.
