I agree with Nasty's interpretation.  As for the red woman's legs, maybe they're tucked underneath her.  They'll blend in with the man's legs in that case.

Since its amy, I highly doubt that she would have a tattoo of a naked woman on her arm, unless of course she is a closeted lesbian.. hmm.

It looks to me that it could be two people having sex, but it also looks like it could be someone just crouching.

To me it looked like a cherry poised over a shrivelled chili pepper. I guess the closest obscene image to that would be an old man anally penetrating a young woman. Only, you can see such a small portion of the act that it's more like a pr0n-style close-up shot.

I have an H.D. T.V. with a progressive scan DVD player and it still looks exactly the same even if freeze framed.  So her tattoo is whatever we want it to be.  But I'm with everyone else that says it looks like a penis, cause it does.

Not to burst everyone's sex bubble here, but methinks it's a red woman (as has been established), and a strategically placed banner (probably advertises the tattoo parlor or something) to cover up the woman's nasty bits.  So something like Gwan's drawing, but with a dark red banner across the good stuff.

Yeah, that's basically what the writers said in the commentary.  We're just having fun guessing what it looks most like, though.
