Done and done.  The record I bid on was the 1998 issue of Sonic's Rendezvous Band's "Sweet Nothing" on red vinyl.  Only 500 pressed.

You know, I think I can actually find out your answer. Give me some time.

So I ordered some stuff via the form on their website, and I never heard from them.  I guess it's not for real.

I've been too busy to listen to records lately.  I like to play them when I'm alone in the house, so I can turn up the volume as loud as I like.  But I'm out of the house most of the time nowadays.  I need to get up to San Francisco and buy some records.  That'll motivate me.

Here's my small vinyl collection. I play them on my parents vinyl player, and record them to minidisc. They're all rare Prodigy vinyls, nice collectors items...

So I want to get a tube amp to run my turntable through.  I'm looking for an ST-70.  Anyone here into tube amps?  I'm sort of over my head, and I don't really know how to avoid getting ripped off.

I got this in today.  Man, it's awesome.  Now I finally can listen to "City Slang" on my turntable.  The record is cool transparent red vinyl, but it's very thin, like 50 gram or something.  At least it's not warped.

I was this close (::holds fingers close together: :) to getting the self-titled album by The Stone Roses a few weeks ago, but alas, it had been snagged by some turdburglar while I amassed some finances.
