As told in the complaints thread I have given gff the power to upload avatars himself, he himself will  upload avatars, he'll decide when to upload them, and we discussed things together and decided NOT to upload them every time people want a change. I believe this will spoil them and the personal character of the custom avatar will lose its purpose if a member changes too often. He'll probably make a statement about his policy on the avatars soon...

This might be a good time to ask this:

As everyone may have noticed I have been using my tiger avy for quite awhile. Actually I was the one who asked a fellow PEELette to make it for me.
And since I like it, I would be pleased if it could be removed from the pool and be uploaded as my custom avy instead.

Ok - here are the new rules.

Well, I'll still hold it like it was, I guess. We don't want custom avatars to become something you are changing every day, it should be something special and so it'll be better not to upload them too often. 
Probably once per months or if there are enough requests.

thanks for listening slims. as I said in the other thread perhaps you and gff could institute a day of the week/month when you will upload avys so people won't think you forgot about them

I don't even know what avatar I had when I joined. I just know that in February 2001 I had that Justin Berfield avatar mArc made(haha, anyone remember that...) and then I had that Fry in shades one VF made. I had that one the longest, at least 3 or 4 years I'd say. Then recently I changed it to one I drew and sadly I got complaints about it (you guys suck!) so I made a different one and GFF made it 3dish and voila! New Fry in shades!

Why is it that some of these don't appear uplaoded to me for quite a while? M0le's still looks like a turkey to me, but it's actually a scuba  guy with a crab limb, right?
