PoTM - secondary accounts

There should only be one account per IP. I think that's the easiest way to stop secondary accounts, or joke accounts as I call them. Some people use them to sneak around the TOS so that their main account's not at risk of getting banned. Some do it just cuz they feel like changing their name. I know a regular here's been playing as Agent Smith, or so I think.

That's going to be a bit hard to do, as my IP changes every time I log on, the same goes for all BT people who use this board.

Theres a secondary account that runs off the same network that Im on. This means that the IP would also be the same but different subnet mask. This account is my sisters and I dont even know what her PEEL name is but if someone finds out before me let me know.

I agree on all points with bankrupt.  Getting caught using a secondary account to vote should nullify not only the secondary vote, but the primary vote as well.

But on the flipside, if the challenge was called "Internet Geek of the Month" then the man behind Penis/TallyWhacker/TheMadCapper would win hands down in my book, but it's a vote for Poster of the month, and each account should count as a separate poster as in our eyes they are different people.

How about this:
Votes are not added together for same person/different username.
Only one vote/nomination is allowed per person, not per username.

Votes will stay separated by username, like SQFreak said. That'll be the penalty for people switching accounts.
