Actually, it's a little Delphi app I wrote (standard .exe). If you really like, I'll zip it (once I've finished, I've still got some things to add), but what I was thinking of was outputting an HTML table and the total counts, so everybody can read it. I'll go work on it now.

OK - with all entries updated up to this point, the HTML file is now available - I'm afraid it's a bit bland, which I'll fix at some point, but it should be readable:

Seriously though, it works provided you enter the data correctly. You still have to manually enter the nominees and nominator, but provided that works, it should count them correctly.

I might try and see if it can count the votes from the page (by having the user confirm whether a given set of nominations has been inputted correctly). Ideally, of course, the data would be always formatted in the same way, with no nicks, but that's a bit unfair and takes a little of the "fun" element out of it.
