No. You don't. You could have gone with "May I nominate these 2013 posters for the month?" or "Nominations May Now Commence", or even "I just met you, and this is crazy, but nominate me for May POTM?"

There were many, many choices. Many options. You went for the cheapest possible joke, freaky. For this, may the hairs upon your chin be ever thick, black, and luxuriant. May your beard be ever longer than the manhood of your lover, and may your razors break upon it, daily.

It's not actually that bad. I've just been wanting to curse a woman to grow a rich and glorious beard for some time. By the way, here's a sample photograph of how I'm imagining it'll look: Click.
