spira - For being very thoughtful and insightful when posting in on-topic, being funny, and also for simply being interesting. Also I just discovered this and it makes me smile.
SpaceMaN - I've enjoyed his posts lately, and I rather like the abstract art he has recently showed us.
i_c_weiner - A few of his posts have made me laugh out loud, and that deserves some recognition.

Edit: Honorable Mention to Inquisitor Hein for his fantastic artwork and cartoons. If he keeps it up I am most definitely nominating him for September. Also to totalnerduk for his incredibly long and well thought posts lately on various topics. Honestly, they are so good to read.

There is plenty I don't know, coffeeBot. What I don't know could fill a warehouse. A big one. Several times over. I do tend to file away obscure things in my brain, and when I'm sat at a computer I can call upon the collected knowledge of mankind via the internet. But there's lots of things I'm totally clueless about.

As for the mayor of Fairfax, South Dakota... I didn't know off the top of my head, and I had a shrewd idea that this might be a trick question. I spent two or three minutes googling for a result, and I think the answer is that there isn't one. The town doesn't have many more than a hundred inhabitants, and falls under the administrative control of Burke, the county seat for Gregory County, South Dakota. There is no listing in Washington DC's official mayors database for Fairfax, South Dakota. There are no mayors listed for any town named Fairfax save for Fairfax, Virginia (Mayor: Robert F. Lederer).

Also, I don't think that rule is necessary. Space Goldfish proved herself more than worthy for being regged for only half of July. As long as you post in that corresponding month, it should count.
