Not if you did it in a non-illegal manner (or if you 'took care' of any evidence that may have incriminated you). Though, as you may have already noticed, being punished by the good folks here on PEEL (or at least some of them) has nothing in particular to the lawfullness (or otherwise) of ones actions.

However, to get back OT (On Topic)...
