So having the same person account hard-to-define-but-we-know-it-when-we-see-it entity win in two successive months is okay then if they're either face-to-face or spooning with themselves? Thus forming a conga-line would make it possible for someone to win multiple times in a row, presumably.

Wouldn't having no restrictions be simpler, not to mention less contrived?
