I would say this probably my favorite  POTM ever... it definitely means more to me than my own win. Dave, you are the beating heart of PEEL.

Oh, and there's no way coldangel would've won had Clowny not been on the poll.

This is one of the first POTMs in a while with such a clear leader.  It just proves what we already know: everybody loves Dave Mason.

In short:

• I agree with Ben in regards to Clowny and last month's POTM. If you had a problem with the poll, you could've mentioned it then rather than retroactively changing the results. It seems like a last-ditch effort to get Coldy a win. Additionally, I agree with Masty in regards to Coldy's chances of winning without Clowny. I guarantee that Clowny's votes would've gone to someone else (as covered later in my Additional Note).
• I agree with ThunderMeister on his view of this month's results. Dave's definitely in the lead for this one. Also, I find it interesting that there is relatively large support for other canidates (Blonde and Frisco in particular).

Additional Note:
If Clowny not being on the ballot meant Coldy was supposed to win, why didn't Coldy win this month with Clowny not on the ballot? As seen, Clowny's support has seemed to transfer to DaveMason this month. If Clowny wasn't on the ballot last month, would DaveMason thus be the likely winner of last month rather than Coldy? I think so.

I didn't retroactively change the results. I simpy do not believe that BirthdayClown was eligible to win, so when determining the result I simply ignored his votes.

The wiki is free for anyone to edit, you understand. The mere fact that it remains declaring coldangel as last month's winner means that apparently, I am the only person who was sure enough in his/her opinion on the matter to state it in the closest to official capacity.

If it remains in error, that is not my concern. I have withdrawn my considerations on the matter. I only ask of the others who come in with theirs that they at least take the liberty of having some feeling and passion for that which they uphold.

I didn't claim to edit the Main Page. The Main Page hasn't been edited since Gopher added a temporary link to UnPEELified back in March, and has never been done so by me.
