It's not early, at least by PEEL standards. The nominating thread is usually opened a few days before the end of the month; we usually wait for the month to end before we actually go about making the poll, though.

how do you become noticed for a POTM? half of these people I've never herd of (in the last month) as far as posting.

he's always been there as far as helping people and stuff.
