What was the difference between PEELer of the Year and Best PEELer again?

It's the same sort of difference in how there is Song of the Year and Best Album of the Year for the Grammies.

You're thinking of Song versus Record. Song is for the best song(writing), Record is for the best record(ing). Both go to single songs. Album goes to the collection of songs (you know, an album).

Song is to Record as Best PEELer is to PEELer of the Year.

And the more I think about it, Best PEELer could only be for 2010 (not over all the years), hence the same as Best PEELer of 2010.

Well, Picture could also be photo, since we have a lot of people on the board who take really nice ones.

But of course, we could also pack Fanfics, drawings and photos together into "best art"

They're all too dissimilar, IMHO. We need to choose between the person and the work.

IE, Best Picture, Best Fanfic, Best Photo.

or

Best Artist, Best Writer, Best Photographer.
