You do realize that I'm one of the most polarizing PEELers, don't you?  I'm expecting -mArc- to crack my skull with the banstick any day now.

Holy crap!  I just realized if I manage to get past the first round, then I have to take on Teral.  That's stiff competiton for anybody.  Helpy McHelp is an institution on this board.  Then, if somehow I get past him, I have to take on the Borg King of the board, [-mArc-] of Borg himself.  Still, I appreciate each and every vote that I get.

But thanks for thinking so highly of me.  Being in the group that you mentioned is a great compliment.

Fall Madness itself has happened in the past. However, those two were tourneys on Futurama characters and episodes; it has never been done with PEELers. The only thing close to this ever having been done was POTMOTY for last year's PEELies.

Nix seems to have taken care of that BC... we'll see if people notice.  There's a post floating around somewhere with Nixorbo specifically stating which episode was the best (ie from Fall Madness), I don't quite recall the answer though.  And I really can't remember on the characters, probably Leela though.

I was just guessing... I don't think I'll argue with Fry.... he is the main character afterall.  Leela and Bender in top 3?  Or rather 4 probably as it's tournament style...?

The characters Fall Madness was Fry winning over Leela, but I don't really remember the episode winner.  My gut says Roswell, but possibly also Parasites Lost or Fryrish (I vaguely remember Fryrish not winning, though).

Also, I still have everybody's brackets from the character FM - I found them whilst I was rooting through boxes of stuff I still have packed away.

Roswell That Ends Well, Fryrish didn't even make it to the finals, probably lost to Roswell in the semis.

I've gotta figure that the ZAPP regeon final will end up being Rach vs VF - which is just too cute to call.

As for me, I die in the first round.  My body is found wearing a curly wig and having choked on a red clown nose (ruby studded, of course).

I think avatars would be awesome. We'd have to do it from POTM winners though...unless we can think of a better way of narrowing the field.

I'd like to believe that a good amount of people hate the PEELers that I'm a dick to. It's not like I treat VF or Faze like shit. And all the Aussies seem to like me for some reason. But it is pretty hard to win when you're immediately in a 5-0 or 7-0 hole.

Wrong.  I have pretty good e-mail relations a couple of Aussies who think I'm Okay.   I've gotten quite a few positive e-mails for some of the stands I've made in the past.   Truth be told, I could care less - much like the Joker, I go where the winds take me.
